He was knowledgeable, considerate and respectful. Jon was fine. However, in several communications he expressed how busy he was, and that he needed to spend time getting ready for Christmas with the family. I respect any man that puts his family first. But, when one is attempting to make a significant purchase, you can begin to feel like you're a burden when the sales representative repeatedly mentions he's just so busy!
