So initially, I decided to lease a Mercedes from the Mercedes-Benz Encino, and the service there was in one word horrible. Then I decided to call other dealerships to find a good deal. When I called Rusnak/Arcadia, Andre Voglezon answered the call, and promised to get back to me quickly with a great deal. He really called me back soon, and gave me the best deal I could imagine. To my request whether that was serious he told me, "I'm not the type of a dealers who don't keep their words. Whatever I tell you is the truth, and I will keep my promise." He was so convincing that I immediately started driving to their direction. When I got to Rusnak/Arcadia (after driving many miles), I was surprised how Andre met me very professionally in front of the dealership, and immediately pointed to the car he was talking about. The car was beautiful and armed with all the requirements I had asked for; moreover, it was already washed and reserved for me so that nobody else could take it. Then they finished the paperwork (which they had already started to prepare before even I arrived) - as soon as possible - with the best price and terms I could get in any other dealership in California.
