I recently brought my C300 up to for a car wash, having to drop it off while I ran some errands with a friend. Not only was my car ready and looking amazing, but Tyler was there to greet me, as always to h to drop it off while I ran some errands with a friend. I have never been one to look forward in taking my car into service or getting it washed. Overall, the customer service, quality of work, friendliness, overall experience were all great. The loaner cars are mostly Mercedes, the waiting area was recently remodeled. I needed a couple of minor repairs to my car, most of which were covered by warranty. They did a complete evaluation of my car, informed me of the cost of non-warranty work I had requested, ordered neces which were covered by warranty.
