I had a wonderful experience at Atlanta Classic Cars from beginning to end. Nick was my salesman and was very patient and accommodating with me and I really appreciate all of his help. Not only did I get the car that I have always said I wanted, I did it with no issues. I went in at 9:30 in the morning with an appt at 11:30, which gave Omar only an hour and half to see if we could mak wanted, I did it with no issues. In addition, I went in with a certain idea of the car I wanted, color, interior and accessories. Five days later, my beautiful car was here, and I couldnt have done it without Omar and the staff of Atlanta Classic Cars. I didnt feel uncomfortable when I walked in, and I didnt think that I would actually leave that morning knowing that I finally got the car of my dreams, and it wasnt a dream :). More
This is probably the 8th MB we've purchased from dealers in Manhattan, Litchfield CT, Savannah GA, Athens GA and now from Atlanta Classic cars. Obviously we've had experiences from great to not so g dealers in Manhattan, Litchfield CT, Savannah GA, Athens GA and now from Atlanta Classic cars. Obviously we've had experiences from great to not so good. While we have not had a chance to experience your service department (which will be the most important aspect of our relationship going forward) we really enjoyed our experience with Greg. We went on MB web site and looked for clk 350's and saw the pewter one at your dealership and called and was directed to Greg. We set an appointment around 3 (tied in to dinner at PF Changs) and when we arrived it was pouring rain, but Greg had the car (and another possibility) under cover and was right there waiting for us. He was terrific. We bought the car and spent about 4 hours doing so---guess everyone was glad to see us leave---I know we were. Greg spent all the time we needed and answered all of our questions with great patience (and at my age I can ask the same question several times over). But, the real sales clincher for my wife was when he somehow manuveured his 6'6" frame into that back seat. You've got a good man there and we'll be quick to recommend both Greg and your dealership. Because of the above we would rate you at a 4.5 to 5, however the real test comes with our future service experiences. David and Linda Venghaus More

We had a 2011 GLK 350 we had leased through RBM-North that was due to come off lease this August. RBM-North had contacted us a few times about getting out of lease early (even though we owed 5 payments that was due to come off lease this August. RBM-North had contacted us a few times about getting out of lease early (even though we owed 5 payments and current MB Accelerator program was only for 3 payments). Pricing offered by RBM-North on 2013 GLK 350 was too high, and would have penalized us for 2 extra payments on the 2011 GLK we'd be turning in. But at this point we wanted to finalize new lease prior to March 1 effective date of new GA title/tax law, and decided to shop around. I found aggressive pricing on CarsDirect.com, which led me to Atlanta Classic Cars and Omar Leatherman. Omar was a pleasure to work with - knowledgeable and no pressure. Omar and I sat down with Jack McCue on Friday afternoon, Feb 22 to run the numbers and find a vehicle that had our desired options. Jack went out of his way to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted and got it on time. Even though the vehicle had to be brought in from out of state, and quickly to beat our March 1 deadline, we were not charged any extra. In fact, the vehicle Atlanta Classic Cars obtained had an additional option beyond what we had requested, and we were not charged for that either. We met with Eric Palmsteen on Feb 28 to finalize our new lease. Eric made sure I was comfortable with the numbers and described available add-ons without any pressure. I have nothing but positive marks to give Atlanta Classic Cars about every aspect of our transaction, and I highly recommend Omar Leatherman and Jack McCue. More
Atlanta Classic Cars made Valentine's special for my wife. Eric Palmsteen is just an awesome finance guy and a great compliment to the sales team. He got my wife pre-approved on Thursday for a 2013 GLK 350 then he told us to test drive the car on Friday and bring it back with the required paperwork to close the deal on Saturday. He told us to do this since my wife got stuck in traffic and it took her an hour to get to the dealership and he knew she would be frustrated to continue with closing a deal that late in the evening on Valentine's. Eric and Bob's confidence in their top notch product and customer service made them assured we would purchase the car once she test drove it. They knew this because they listened to what we wanted and our experience at other dealers. Well, on Saturday we closed the deal. Eric did not oversell additional packages and got us a great deal. Bob Holton assisted with the process and made it as smooth as we have ever experienced at any other dealer. Bob's knowledge of the car and its functions were second to none. Bob made us feel like they really wanted our business not just for the short-term but for years to come. A good deal and customer service is paramount to my wife and I and Atlanta Classic has both. Customer service is what led us to Atlanta Classic cars and I just want to mention how we ended up at Atlanta Classic cars. I purchased my Lexus from Eric last year when he was a finance manager at different dealership. I originally went back to the same Lexus dealer to get a car for my wife as a surprise for valentines but the customer service wasn’t the same nor did the deal closing process feel the same when I worked with Eric on my deal. I asked for Eric and they told me he left Lexus for Atlanta Classic Cars. So I left the Lexus dealership and rest speaks for its self. Eric and Bob’s customer service is a rarity in today's sales environment. Well done Atlanta Classic. More
