The oil leak on the garage floor prompted us to bring the car in. Bobby Waites really went the extra mile with getting the work done and coordinating with the warranty company. What was important - is that - while we had a very disappointing experience with this car from the get go - Bobby was a true professional all along. He made this entire experience painless and took every additional step to make sure - we had a good experience with this service call. This is the greatest dealership in the world. And the service department is tops. Every time I tell anyone about this service department, they cannot believe what I am telling them. From the complimentary gourmet coffee and snacks, to the comfortable waiting area (for those who are waiting for their cards) with large TVs, it is always pleasant while waiting. Kim, my service advisor is wonderful. She has always been very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. I was there today for routine service and as always, she provided the best customer service. Kim can never leave!
