I have bought at least 25 cars over the years including 4 E class Mercedes and Bruce Wile is the most professional I have had the pleasure of working with. In taking delivery he picked us up at the car rental agency and drove us to ACC and spent 2 hours going over all the new electronics of the car. I originally went to another Mercedes Delaership for the new CLA, but their customer service was not the best. I went to Atlanta Classic Cars and met Bo and was immediately helpful. They did not get a CLA new CLA, but their customer service was not the best. I went to Atlanta Classic Cars and met Bo and was immediately helpful. They did not get a CLA that I was interested in their first shipment. So I shopped around at all the dealerships in the surronding states (South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennesse, Alabama and Florida). sor some reason the dealerships were not that responive to my request but Bo was always contacing me letting me know if he found something in my interest at another delaership or comin to theirs. Finally, a car came in and Bo called me immediately. I was able to get the FLeet Program Discount becasue of my job, but Mercedes changed the amount. The GM was able to get me the original discount and now Ilove my new CLA. I would ighly recommend working with Bo, he is a very hard worker with EXCEPTIONAL cutomer service. More

I had been searching for the perfect pre-owned car for a while when I saw the listing on ACC's website for a beautiful midnight blue Mercedes C-250. My husband and I live about an 8 hour drive away from Atl while when I saw the listing on ACC's website for a beautiful midnight blue Mercedes C-250. My husband and I live about an 8 hour drive away from Atlanta, but I called anyway to get information and pricing. Keith was extremely friendly and quick to respond to all my questions. We are able to do a majority of the deal over the phone prior to coming to get the car. My husband and I flew down on a Saturday morning and the paperwork was already ready for us to sign. Keith walked us through everything we needed to know about the purchase at a pace we were comfortable with and sent us off to lunch so the final paperwork could be done and the car given a final once-over cleaning. When we got back from lunch the car was ready and Keith even took the time to walk us through different features of the car based on how we use it (ie. helped me set up my blue-tooth and showed us the driving assist). We drove home that afternoon happy as could be. Keith called me on monday to make sure we had a good drive home and that everything went well with our new car. I couldn't have asked for better treatment! Thanks to ACC for such a smooth process and geat service. We will definately be keeping you in mind for the next car, regardless of the distance. More
