The Collision Department goes above and beyond—They really perform two jobs: Working with your insurance company to ensure they pay for the best quality parts possible, and repairing your car. This team will absolutely not cut corners in your repair, and they will make sure the insurance company pays for the parts you deserve. I have no idea how they did it—but after almost 11,000 dollars worth of repairs, they managed to get my insurance to pay to replace every damaged piece of my car with a genuine Mercedes part. I have a feeling Denise must have spent hours on the phone with insurance on my behalf. What’s more, I had a leak at the corner of my door window from a previous repair, and they managed to fix that, free of charge. They warranty all of the repairs, and they will do everything they can to make you happy. I highly recommend them; they have earned my business for years to come! More
Persistence would be the only way to describe Jim. I had worked with several sales associates locally and not one attempted to meet my needs as well as Jim. Jim stayed in touch via email and phone and never treated me as if the sale was the only thing that mattered. You must understand that I was not a local customer for him. I resided more that 150 miles from the dealership a 3 to 4 hour drive, in another state. Jim took the time to stay in touch, even though we had only met once while I was in Atlanta on business. While there I decided to check the local dealerships for a 2009 MB with hopes that there might be a car at the right price and right for me. Atlanta Classic Cars was my last stop before returning home to Alabama. Jim and I discussed what I was looking for (model, mileage, money) he agreed to search and call if he should find my match. Six weeks later as I searched the internet I saw a 2011 MB, not what I wanted to pay and not my first choice. I emailed Jim and the conversation began. He worked a great deal and made the automobile affordable. No pressure, no slick sales technique, just clear and honest talk and pricing. Thanks Jim. More
I was very impressed with Keith and Steve Fraley for all the help provided the evening I purchased my car. After the test drives, I asked Keith which he preferred and he mentioned the 2010. This is the car I had chosen as well. Keith did an outstanding job of going over the features on the car. The financing experience was painless! I left the dealership that evening with my first Mercedes. Oh yes, this all took place after their normal hours of business. Everyone involved stayed and made sure my experience was the best, and it was! More
Dan was extremly helpful and knowledgeable. He was very accomedating in to our schedules he came to pick me up for a text drive and when the decission came down to color he took the time to order the specific color choice for us. Also when we made our decission and it came dowm to pricing he and Eric P. agian made sure we were happy and our budget was not over looked. This is the third Mercedes benz auto I have purchased. in two cases the dealers I dealt with were very satisfactory. The first was in VA/MD... and the experience was good...not great but good! In the 2nd c two cases the dealers I dealt with were very satisfactory. The first was in VA/MD... and the experience was good...not great but good! In the 2nd case, I dealt with a M-B dealer RBM in GA. Neither the used salesman nor the manager were at all agreeable. That was a poor experience and I did not enjoy that one but they had the only unit I wanted. So I suffered! My third experience was with David Windholz at Atlanta Classic M-B. He was courteous, friendly, very helpful and tried to please us with the cars available, the prices and reasons for buying any one of them. After trying out out each, we selected an E-350 sedan and we are very satisfied with David's assistance relating to the various cars. The cars were all clean and presentable, and drove well! However, with our final purchase, my wife was disappointed with the large number of names and addresses that remained in the prior owners NAV system contact file. That should have been cleaned out by the persons doing the certification procedure...they failed Finally, one always figures a better price is available for a retired person living on SS, but I all in all, am satisfied and they did a very good job!
