After having my convertible liner replaced, I noticed some white on my blue top. Christy Hicks my service representative quickly got the Manager who then got the detail guy Pat Allen. At no fault of their own, but mine they helped to resolve my issue with my convertible top. I learned a valuable lesson that day. I have purchased cars here for several years now but the level of service has gone down drastically. Also their service center is down right awful. Maybe they are extremely short staffed? But I can never g level of service has gone down drastically. Also their service center is down right awful. Maybe they are extremely short staffed? But I can never get through to them whenever I call to check up on my vehicle or updates so I'd leave voice-mails just to have them call me back 5-6+hrs later. And whenever you need something done on your car... theyre so booked up that you have to wait atleast several days to a week for them to take you in.. My family and I have 4 mercedes that we service there regularly with service A, B, tires.. ect. It's been happening single time this past year. Never had any issues until this year. Absolutely horrible service center and dealerships level of service has gone down too. I also have a bmw, and what I used to think .. wow bmw service center was "okay" with their lobby being smaller but honestly... their service is FAR more superior and can get you in same day everytime and you can actually call them and they WILL answer. More
