The Mercedes Benz service experience really is like a concierge service from the moment you make the reservation to the time you check out! The service advisers are professional and pleasant, drive up t concierge service from the moment you make the reservation to the time you check out! The service advisers are professional and pleasant, drive up they walk out to meet you, they shuttle you home and pick you up later and let you know when they are on their way. What a great experience. I was traveling in my Wayfarer built on a sprinter chassis. Started getting error messages and warning lights. Contacted D.Arcy Hines at the Baton Rouge MB service center at 2:30pm built on a sprinter chassis. Started getting error messages and warning lights. Contacted D.Arcy Hines at the Baton Rouge MB service center at 2:30pm on a Friday. Not only was he able to identify my problem over the phone but he was able to fit me into the schedule on early Saturday ensuring I could continue on my travels. Great job to all!! More
