My car repair was extensive and costly and I had to do it to pass the inspection and to have my car for which I had already paid the registration and car insurance and also had submitted the paper work for t to pass the inspection and to have my car for which I had already paid the registration and car insurance and also had submitted the paper work for the EZ Pass discount program. It took about two weeks to get repaired because I hesitated on getting it repaired because of the costs. Finally, I paid for the repairs and I have my car which is a relieve because I don’t have to depend on public transportation any more which is very good here in Massachusetts but takes me longer to get from place to place. Everyone is wonderful at the dealership and only took minutes to pay and get my car. I asked to have the bill split equally into two different credit cards and they honored my request. I received my two receipts through email. They always give me a full report of what is wrong with the car and a detailed repair cost for each repair, parts, and labor. I save these for in other occasions they have been useful. I am satisfied and grateful to the service people there especially Mike Robinson who for the past three years has been my service rep at Herb Chambers of Somerville. More

No Star! I bought a brand new GLE 350 here last No Star! I bought a brand new GLE 350 here last September. Two weeks ago, the right front window can not closed at all, and the heating system didn' No Star! I bought a brand new GLE 350 here last September. Two weeks ago, the right front window can not closed at all, and the heating system didn't work properly(big noise). Bad? not the worst, They damage my left front door, it's leaking air in now! ouch? no, it's not the worst part, they claimed it's not them caused this damage, it's because of someone tried to get into my car! The funniest part is after I requested to investigate the camera there, they send me a download video, while tell me " There was a point where the technician drove the car to road-test it and verify it was operating properly. Once the car was outside of the building we have no way to record. Other than that we have all the video some of which is harder to see, especially in the dark." My point is why a fix for Heating system and window needs a road test? And how could have a conclusion that this damage is not your responsibility with some "missing road test video" + " dark harder to see video" I am talking to an attorney now! The worst experience I have ever had! More
