It was the best car buying experience i have ever had. I am 67yrs. old. I have been buying cars for a long times. I visited several Dealerships before I bought the Mercedes at Chambers. Keith Robinson was one of the BEST salesperson I have ever dealt with. I was very impressed with him. I didn't feel pressured. He and Chadi made me feel very comfortable. I left the dealership feeling like I got the best deal. Keith's called me the day after I picked up the car to see if everything was ok. He told me if I needed anything or had any questions to contact him. While I was at Chambers, I had Hanover Benz dealership calling me offering more of a discount on a car. They told me they did not want to lose a sale to Chambers. The fact that Keith cut thru the nonsense of negotiating , the other offer wasn't important to me. In some of my past car buying experiences, I have walked out of dealerships to get the other offer. I have confidence that the Chambers dealerships do a good job taking care of their customers. I have experienced great Customer Service at the Lexus dealerships. More

The next step was a conversation with Rob on the car. We did not only by the SL but also a long awaited E63. All this in just over 1 hour. A young man named Mike went over all the electronics in the car and set the phone and all radio stations and yes the NAV system. Yet another hassle-free experience at MB of Boston It was at that point of my lease again where I was provided the opportunity to terminate my current lease of a 2014 model and lease a new 2017 model. I worked with Paolo Castro, who got everything done from soup to nuts within about an hour on a Friday afternoon, and I drove the new car off the lot on Monday afternoon. Paolo was very professional, courteous and efficient, which was much appreciated. The sales person from whom I had leased three other Mercedes had moved on a few years ago, and I am glad that Paolo is there to take care of me going forward. I love the car and the dealer and highly recommend both to anyone else looking at a Mercedes. More
