I have always been treated professionally and with courtesy. Work done has been of the highest quailty. They have worked well with my warranty company. I get good (rapid) transportation to work when I drop off the car. Car is always washed and cleaned. They may cost a little bit more (but not much at all), but it is worth it becuase of the completeness of the service and lack of worry. More

He knew his stuff, did not try to oversell add-ons to the car, never insulted other competing models that I was also interested in, and followed up with me without being a nuisance. The showroon is clean and neat and the customer waiting area has internet access and places to work while you wait. The service staff are very professional and the work is fully explained. My wife and I have bought two MBs from Chambers Motorcars in the past year, and each time it was a pleasure to do business there. I had done a fair bit of research on the internet prior to our first purchas in the past year, and each time it was a pleasure to do business there. I had done a fair bit of research on the internet prior to our first purchase (an ML350) so I knew what I was looking for. Since the ML was for my wife, I wanted her to get a good feel for the truck and the two salesmen we worked with (Chip and Rob) were fantastic in making sure she was comfortable with it. We found exactly what we were looking for (they have a huge inventory to choose from) and got a great deal on the lease, and of course had it all loaded up with roof rack and storage box on the top plus the DVD in the back for our two kids. When we went to pick it up of course it was raining (arghh!), but they have a showroom in the back where we went over every detail of the truck, though we did have to call Chip later on to go over the navigation with us. Recently it was my turn for a new car, and after considering the BMW and Audi, I decided on an E350. Chip was again a great help - I just picked up my new car last month. I haven't been in for service yet, but my wife has been in with the ML - she told me she saw Herb in the showroom! More

I brought it in a little before the warranty would expire, and they carefully checked everything over and found some things that needed attention. When you bring it in for something simple and it ends up saving you over the long haul, there's no complaints to be made. The location of the dealership leaves a little to be desired though as traffic can be a PITA after 5PM or so. Great service work and fast turnaround. Can't beat it in the city, no doubt. More
I've visited this dealership more than I would like for my 2001 C240. In the latest visit, I had my rotors and brakes replaced, as well as the emergency brake. Less than 7 months later (and less than 2 my 2001 C240. In the latest visit, I had my rotors and brakes replaced, as well as the emergency brake. Less than 7 months later (and less than 2k miles), the brakes are warped and there is ridiculous vibrations coming from the car. The emergency brake screams when released, rattles over bumps, and feels like it's about to fall apart altogether. After taking it in a few weeks ago (and being charged for the inspection), the car was given a clean bill of health, but the problems obviously continued. Finally, I took the car to another service facility for a 2nd opinion. As I suspected, rotors are warped, emergency brake was improperly installed, causing all the rattling issues, with repairs totaling over $600. I have left a message at Herb Chambers (b/c the head of service was conveniently "in a meeting") to discuss the issue of their feedback, but have yet to hear back from them. More
