I bought my SMART car ten years ago from Mercedes-Benz of Boston and have all of my services done there. Though SMART cars are longer sold, they continue to service my vehicle and been very accommodating. Ha Boston and have all of my services done there. Service was requested following an MVA and within 3 days it was completed. The call was made on 08/02/2025 (a Saturday!) The left side mirror was ordered and installed on 08/06/25. Kudos to the parts department team and the Service Consultant (who by the way, was a late participant in the process.) I am truly appreciative.
