Bertrand was very pleasant and informative. Buying a car can be dreadful but this was painless and quite nice. I am confident that HC will be there in the event that I need help. I honestly can’t believe what a pleasant, painless experience I experienced. I feel happy and solid about my choice with HBC Somerville No attitude just service with a smile. Thanks so much - I did not even mind parting with my money! Well maybe just a little.
