Horrible customer service, to charge 199 for putting a battery in a vehicle without any prior consent is unacceptable. Notably - they offered to tow my car to their shop - and I bought my car there as we battery in a vehicle without any prior consent is unacceptable. Notably - they offered to tow my car to their shop - and I bought my car there as well and have given them a fair amout. Of business, but I will never give them direct business again moving forward.
