I have been a Mercedes owner since 1975, and Phil Black is without a doubt the best Sales Representative I have encountered to date. He knows his product exceptionally well and knows how to communicate his knowledge to the customer. One of the things I liked most about Phil was that I had told him we were primarily just looking as we were loyal to another dealership that we had a long relationship with; he indicated he understood our position and respected it, but at the same time he asked me (after we had qualified which class of MB we were most interested in) what it would take for us to do buisiness with him. I liked that. I told him what it would take and he made it happen. We buy a lot of cars and you can be assured that Phil and Buckhead MB will have a crack at all of our future business. David Maldonado, Chris Dunn, and Anthony Graham are other employees we worked with at the dealership. They all were very professional and interested in our business. The level of professionalism and genuine care about the consumer is not comparable with any other dealership that I visited during my search for my current new vehicle. I went in with every intention of just window shopping, but the sales team made me an offer I just couldn't refuse. Then after my purchase, William went even further with acquainting me with the dealership,introducing me to members of the service and finance departments. In my past automotive purchase experiences, that is where the contact ended. Not so for Mercedes of Buckhead. Kevin made sure that my other requests were made in a timely fashion and made an appointment that was convenient for me. As well as, followed up with me concerning other things that we discussed.
