Horrible experience, after calling four times and leaving three messages with the "lease turn in guy" I never revived a call back. Finally I was able to talk to Nancy who answered all my questions and was polite. I went to return the vehicle to Tim O'Connor and another male, I'm assuming that was the "lease turn in guy". The second they found out we did not lease another Mercedes they were arrogant and unprofessional. They contradicted everything Nancy told me about turning the vehicle in. They began criticizing everything about the vehicle and us. When I told that that's not what I was told, they told us to leave, and take it up with Mercedes. Completely unprofessional and arrogant. Then as we were leaving they stated "hope you enjoy your new car" and began laughing. I will never go back to this dealership again and if considering a Mercedes go to Delaware. Anywhere else has to be better than Cherry Hill. More

Seven hours from home and in nee On October 23, 2016, my automobile became the victim of an extremely large and deep pot hole on Interstate 295 South. Seven hours from home and in need of two tires that are difficult to acquire, I was introduced to Mr. Richard Schofield, assistant service manager at Cherry Hill Mercedes. In a very efficient and "caring" manner, Richard worked diligently with the dealer in western Pennsylvania, where the car was purchased, to activate my road hazard warranty. He then acquired the new tires in a timely manner and had them installed. The day after the car arrived at the service center, my wife and I were on our way home. Thank you Mr. Schofield for being so attentive to our situation. More
