Review of MB Chicago Service I purchased my car at MB-Chicago in 2007 and I only service my Mercedes with MB Chicago due to the EXCELLENT service I receive from my Service Manager I purchased my car at MB-Chicago in 2007 and I only service my Mercedes with MB Chicago due to the EXCELLENT service I receive from my Service Manager, Terry Stailey at MB-Chicago . The cost of servicing my car is a lot more at dealership versus independent service provider but I TRUST Terry and he takes great care of me and my car. As long at Terry Stailey is at MB-Chicago you will continue to have my business and by the way, I have spent over $25,,000 servicing my car at MB Chicago over the years...frankly more than I paid for the car...Crazy. Excellent Experience Engine light came on in my GLE43 with only 2800 miles. Used the mbrace Appt to setup appointment next day at 7am, and shuttle to work. Friendly man at service entrance told me exactly where to go, Amy greeted me and assured me they would take care of everything. Had a great ride to work in the loop. Communicated via text and ended up being a very minor issue. Kevin called me the next day to follow up. Super impressed!
