Two flat tires and a cracked rim later Justin Kraus at Mercedes of Cincinnati took my frantic phone call. He calmed me down and assured me they were going to take good care of me and my car. He contacted Sora's Towing and their extremely personable driver arrived quickly and towed my vehicle in. Justin had a loaner waiting for me and less than 5 minutes after arriving I was ready to be on my way. Enter Chris Walker. I was extremely stressed and upset over the situation and the damage to my car had me considering leasing a new one. Chris was so very patient with me and listened to all of my needs and wants for my new vehicle. He answered each and every text I sent him immediately and was always cheerful despite my endless barrage of questions. He searched diligently and found the perfect car for me.
