He made sure all my questions were answered and he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with every aspect of the purchase. Everyone at the dealership treated us as if we were family. We felt that they were very honest and up front and didn't avoid answering any questions. I will be continuing to make them my only dealership with any future purchases. Fantastic purchase experience Just experienced one of the best and most efficient purchasing experiences ever, thanks to Zac at MB of Columbia. Found a vehicle online and sent a r Just experienced one of the best and most efficient purchasing experiences ever, thanks to Zac at MB of Columbia. Found a vehicle online and sent a request for availability. Within moments, Zac was in touch and gave me the good news. Next, we moved to online chat and we essentially negotiated the entire transaction in order for me to decide to drive two hours as opposed to buying local. I emailed pictures of my trade and Zac walked me around my "new" car using his cell phone and the Face Time app to allow me to inspect everything with a fine toothed comb.. Next was sharing my information for financing the purchase via text and email. Showed up the next day at 9 am and was out of there in 60 minutes after they evaluated my trade and I took an extensive test drive to make sure their vehicle was as good as promised. Zac and all of his associates were courteous, professional and friendly. If the car turns out to be as great as this experience, I made a great decision purchasing from MB of Columbia.
