Certified resolved issues quickly I purchased a certified pre-own S550 in August 2018. My brake light warning appeared in October 2018. I took my car in for repair. I was informed I purchased a certified pre-own S550 in August 2018. My brake light warning appeared in October 2018. I took my car in for repair. I was informed that the Rotors both back and front, plus brake pads both back and front must be replaced. Cost $2103. This was a shock since I only had the car for 2 months. They informed me that these repairs was not covered so the cost of the repair was my responsibility. My issue is certified pre-own means the car should have been fully inspected before being sold. There is no way I could have worn out Rotors and brakes in 2 months. Several managers at this dealership contacted me and made resolution to my issue very quickly. Follow Up To "Wolf In Sheep Clothing" A Misunderstanding I bough a Infiniti Truck from the Mercedes Benz Dealer of Col Ga, on 9/12/18, found out on 9/15/18 that the fog lights do not work so I called the sal I bough a Infiniti Truck from the Mercedes Benz Dealer of Col Ga, on 9/12/18, found out on 9/15/18 that the fog lights do not work so I called the salesman who I worked with at the Mercedes Benz dealership named Gary St. Louis on 9/15/18, I told him that the fog lights do not work on the vehicle. I am extremely pleased to say on 9/19/18 the issue was fixed, I also found another issue of the third row seats squeaking when folding down and they also fixed that issue, I highly recommended buying a vehicle from this Mercedes Benz dealership in Columbus Ga. I am very pleased and grateful to know that if there is a problem with a vehicle in their inventory if you bring it to their attention they will fix any issue you have and they will go pass the extra mile to make sure you are completely satisfied. If I could give them more than a five star rating I would and if I could give them better than a grade A rating I would. Understanding that car shopping can be painful sometimes and after a couple of bad experiences with sales personnel at other Mercedes Benz dealership, I was a little hesitant when I made the online inquire about the CPO vehicle. However, as soon as I picked up the phone and Ronnie started introducing himself and carrying himself with so much respect and good gentleman manners, I knew that my experience was going to be different. He has very understanding on what I needed and very knowledgeable of his product. He was very honest at all times and was very prompt at getting back to me with answers to my questions.
