The actual purchasing experience was great and the sale representative I worked with was cordial, but when I went back a week later because of a very bad issue with the breaks, I was essentially told to go representative I worked with was cordial, but when I went back a week later because of a very bad issue with the breaks, I was essentially told to go somewhere else as they "wouldn't know what to do with this car" because it wasn't a Mercedes. That very same day I had my friend who is an amateur mechanic come over and check my car and he was able to find the issue in literally less than thirty seconds by just looking at the wheels. The dealership did not even attempt (or didn't care to) look at my car. All it needed was a new caliper and rotors, something any mechanic could do in less than an hour. If you buy a car from this dealership make sure you ONLY purchase an actual Mercedes-Benz vehicle or they will do absolutely nothing to help you if there is an issue later. I thought Mercedes-Benz was supposed to be higher class or something but they're just your run-of-the-mill dealership that isn't interested in helping you if it inconveniences them. Nice sales people though, Rick's a great guy! More

It was printed that I get a brake job with rotors. I took the car to another dealership and they determined that my car did not require brakes or rotors. I have been driving a Mercedes for 35 years. My brother was driving my 2007 that I keep at the beach to Atlanta. He started having problems and stopped at the Columbus dealership.
