Stopped in yesterday to see Peter, within an hour I had the car I wanted and Peter went out of his way to process the application ASAP. Picked the car up this morning and it was incredibly easy. Peter and his co-workers explained all of the car's features to me and helped move my stuff from the old car to the new. Peter and Mercedes-Benz Coral Gables have a customer for life. More

Recently Dave's manager Tommy Juan stopped all shop work to help me locate my iPhone after I lost it in the men's room. Recall I bought my C300 convertible in January and received a letter saying there was a recall. I called the service dept and scheduled the service for 10:0 I bought my C300 convertible in January and received a letter saying there was a recall. I called the service dept and scheduled the service for 10:00am on Wednesday, June 7th. I arrived on time and was seen immediately. I was given a new loaner car and was told I might be able to have my car back at the end of the day. At 1:00pm that afternoon, I received a call room the service dept saying my car was ready. When I returned to Mercedes Benz my car had been washed and a bottle of cold water was sitting inside. This was really a first rate experience. More
