We have dealt w/ MANY different dealerships over the past few years with very bad results. So when we first started w/ Peter i was hesitant to say the least. To top it off after the sale of the MBenz SL63 Peter then helped us w/ titles, registration and paperwork of the new car and the trade-in cars. Overall Peter was amazing from start to finish! Manoel found us a car that was better than we were looking wanting for the price we wanted to pay. The surrounding dealers, one was much closer to us, would only tell us about a few cars that did not looking wanting for the price we wanted to pay. The surrounding dealers, one was much closer to us, would only tell us about a few cars that did not have the features we wanted and then tried to get us to order a car. Manoel found our car, a custom order that had all the features we wanted with many features we didn't need but really love, in another state. He help us negotiate a better price than we expected for all the options we got and handled having the car shipped to us. Juan has ordered plug covers that were removed to put the cargo cover in the car and were lost. He is having them shipped to our home. The parts department has been really great in helping us get accessories we want even referring us to specialty shops for items that suite us better and some even less expensive than what they carry. Our experience with this dealership and our salesperson was a good one. You should plan some extra time if you go to this dealership as there are so many great restaurants in the area. More
