On November 4th, I called the dealership and requested to speak with a Sales Consultant and Laura Delgado picked up the call and I began to inquire information about your 2017 CLA 250. I want to highlight the fact that in this original call Laura Delgado patiently took the time to listen to all my needs and she was extremely knowledgeable about the Mercedes brand and products and was able to answer all my questions. Her ability to answer all my questions reinforced my confidence that I was making the right choice going with Mercedes . Laura Delgado invited me to the Dealership where her 5 star customer service continued and she treated me with the highest level of professionalism. She showed me all the cars that can potentially be a great match based on my requirements. Although, I didn't find the perfect car there that day, Laura reassured me to give her the opportunity to continue to work for me in finding that perfect car.
