I'm particularly grateful you took time from your business trip to reach out to me. Mr. Lopez contacted me immediately, and by Saturday 8/13/2016 I am a very proud driver of an E350 Mercedes Benz. Mr.. Lopez personally introduce himself to me. I can't began to tell you how this made me feel. I do not think have enough space to write about how awesome Ira Jones is. Mr.. Jones has such a caring understanding spirit. When he called me on Saturday to say he would be helping me I just had the feeling I would leave the dealership with tears of joy. This young man's performance is an example of what one would expect of a Mercedes Benz dealer, "Exceedingly Commendable Five Star Customer Service". I felt as if he took me by the hand to make certain I felt safe and calm, almost like a son would protect his mother. And last but not least, I can not forget Mr.. Henry in finance. It is absolutely amazing, I will never forget how he made me feel so tranquil, what a remarkable person. His kind demeanor and smiling face will calm the biggest hungry bear.
