My maintenance records are thoroughly reviewed in order to keep my vehicle in the best condition, as recommended by the manufacturer. Adam is very clear on his explanations regarding the procedures that apply, the price estimate and the time when my car should be ready for pick-up. He also keeps me up to date during the maintenance/repair procedure in regards to checking problems and additional repairs that may be needed.
