Such a wonderful experience! Do not waste your time going to any other dealership - this is it. Eric Kalias, Daniel Baster, Oscar Yanes, Hugo Sanchez, and any one else I am forgetting who helps make up the w to any other dealership - this is it. Eric Kalias, Daniel Baster, Oscar Yanes, Hugo Sanchez, and any one else I am forgetting who helps make up the wonderful team at Cutler Bay made my car buying process seamless and painless. I had been to 6 other dealerships (which were not Mercedes-Benz) and it had truly been a nightmare. Not only was every other dealership trying to extort over MSRP, they were also rude. From the second I walked in, Cutler Bay was different and they now have a lifelong customer out of me. Eric was honest, kind, and incredibly helpful. I cannot recommend them enough. 10 out of 10 stars. More
