He was friendly and tried very hard to get us the exact vehicle we wanted. The Sales Mgr Trent went above and beyond to get all the details worked out for us to make the deal happen. When we met with Jim Brown in finance we were treated like we were old friends. He was very engaged in the deal and made sure we were happy with the terms of the deal. But what surprised us the most was that the owner of the dealership Mr Gary Yoemans met us at the beginning of the transaction, and checked in with us along the way to ensure we were being treated well and that we were happy. Who does that anymore. What a gentleman. And you can see why the staff is so good. From TL to Trent to Jim and Mr Yoemans they all treated us like we were like family.
