I have purchased multiple cars at this dealership. My last two service appointments here, we’re horrible. I brought a car in for an oil change, inspection and to replace the battery. They had the car My last two service appointments here, we’re horrible. I brought a car in for an oil change, inspection and to replace the battery. They had the car from 8 AM till 6 PM and I received no phone calls. At the end of the day when I showed up, they said they could not complete the inspection due to a chip in the windshield. When I asked about the battery replacement they said it was fine and therefore couldn’t be covered under warranty. I said it would be nice if you gave me the choice since it’s had problems starting with Left for a few days . when I picked up the car it was dirty, and I had a half scraped off the inspection sticker. I called the GM Kevin to complain, and all he offered was apologies. I showed up after having the windshield fixed by Safelite. And asked for them to find a new inspection sticker after an hour they came out and said they could not pass the car windshield, I showed him the certification from Safelite saying it was repaired and they said oh OK we can do it now. Another 45 minutes went by before they finally gave me my car back… So an hour and 45 minutes to scrape off a sticker and put a new one on Service here used to be great, not anymore. Time to go elsewhere More
