Let me start off by saying I never leave reviews but I give credit when credit is due. I’ve been looking for a new car for the past couple weeks and I finally found “the one” I saw the car was in Charlott give credit when credit is due. I’ve been looking for a new car for the past couple weeks and I finally found “the one” I saw the car was in Charlotte and I needed to get it transferred in, when I called I was told Maryann who is a sales consultant was going to get in touch with me to talk about the car. Maryann called me within 10 mins, I explained to her with my job it’s really hard for me to come in but I really wanted the car ! She sent me all of my documents through email that I needed to sign and let me know all the paperwork that she needed from me. She kept in touch with me throughout the day until my car arrived. Not once did she make me feel like I was getting on her nerves and I truly appreciate that more than she knows. I’m really big on energy and she’s has the most positive energy I’ve been around in awhile. Any doubts you have about getting a new car I promise working with Maryann they’ll go away !!! More

So I came in and was met with Noor Nasser at the front desk. She was really pleasant and had me meet with sales agent, Brett Weaver. Brett was extremely thorough with me and super friendly! We spoke about what I was looking for in the price range I’d prefer. Before I knew it, he had found me a car with everything I really wanted in my Mercedes. It wasn’t even in the USA yet so he continuously kept me updated on the vehicle’s whereabouts. Any time I thought of a new question or couldn’t remember something, I had a prompt response from him! I never felt like I was bothering him (and I asked a LOT of questions). The day my car arrived he immediately sent me photos and had it cleaned for me, prepped with a beautiful red gift bow!!! (I definitely didn’t expect that and thought it was most definitely a nice touch.) The finance process was insanely quick too! (Great job Moose Qomaq.) I believe it took Moose and I about 15 minutes to handle everything. WOW. That’s it. I had my car but the customer service didn’t stop there. Brett then made sure to go through every button in the vehicle along with explaining the reasons for the features and how they functioned. We literally began from left to right of the vehicle. (I didn’t even need to read my car handbook and I’m completely well-versed on the vehicle as if I’ve owned it for months/years.) THANK YOU for this experience. I won’t lie, I don’t think I’d ever go to another dealership again - even for convenience. Trust me when I say, you’ll most definitely want to come here even if you aren’t purchasing a Mercedes!!! Because the car I’d been driving was a 2003 Honda Accord Coupe that had remarkably low mileage and was in excellent condition, I didn’t want to jump at the first vehicle I saw. I knew that if I was going to get myself into something new, it had to be the right fit. About two weeks ago, I saw a 2019 Cadillac XT4 Sport and it immediately caught my eye. I contacted my friend Noor Nasser, the Relationship Manager at Hendrick Mercedes Benz of Durham and she immediately put me in touch with salesman, Brett Weaver. He was amazing enough to organize a test drive with Cadillac and my partner and I arrived bright and early the following morning. Because this was my first big purchase [ever], I was apprehensive of course but, post-test drive, we sat down with Brett to discuss the transaction. He was more than knowledgable, put our minds at ease, and we were able to secure a great deal. The XT4 was meant to arrive the following Friday as it was being transported from Kansas City. Due to unforeseen circumstances, it arrived the following Tuesday. Because I was rather disappointed, Brett and the incredible team at Mercedes truly did everything they could to make sure our experience was top-notch and the deal was finalized. My XT4 was delivered personally to me at my home where we filled out the paperwork. Brett truly went above and beyond and I’d recommend him again and again.
