We were determined to purchase and Audi model from Bell Audi and only came to Ray Catena Mercedes Benz dealership for comparision. There was NO comparison between the two. He was very knowledgeable about the car and had done research on the Lexus that we wanted to trade-in. The CLK350 was very clean and presentable. Tim took us for a test drive and made sure that both my husband and I had the opportunity to drive the car. The price based on the CLK350 and the trade-in of the Lexus, we felt was fair though a little higher than we expected based on my husband's research on AutoTrader.com and KellyBlueBook.com. We have purchased two other pre-owned certified cars from Ray Catena dealerships and have been very satsfied with these cars and how we were treated by the dealerships. We felt that it was worth it to buy another pre-owned car from a Ray Catena dealership. When a Ray Catena dealership certifies a pre-owned car, it looks like new, and they make you feel like you are purchasing a new car. When we picked up the car on Saturday, Tim met with us and introduced us to Don Dorr who went over in detail all the features of the car. Don too was super. The Sales Manager Leigh Farrell made me feel like I was a member of her family. Tim is very professional and outstanding. And Ray Catena is the best for a pre-owned certified car.
