Vehicle was there for a repeat engine light. While in your care, you recommended replacing the tires for $1,200. We agreed. I picked the car up today and was handed an invoice for $1,450. When I questioned the Receptionist (middle position), she showed little interest in explaining the additional $250. Essentially walked away, starting talking to Receptionist in right position. I have later learned that my wife asked for someone to tell us what it would take to repair the broken passenger visor clip (plastic bushing that holds the visor in place). No one called us back/ authorized the work. Certainly didn't expect it to cost $250. The vehicle has an extended warranty. You folks are usually over the top.
