What impressed me most was Ricky Kwan's (salesman) professionalism and 4Matic from Ray Catena, and I cannot speak highly enough about the experience. What impressed me most was Ricky Kwan's (salesman) professionalism and honesty throughout the entire process. He patiently answered all my questions, provided transparent information about pricing, and never made me feel pressured into making a decision. Moreover, the dealership itself was a pleasure to deal with. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and everyone I encountered, from the receptionist to the other staff, were friendly and helpful. Overall, I am thrilled with my new car and thanks to Ricky and the team at Ray Catena for making the buying experience so positive.
