In my wildest dreams I did not think I could afford a Mercedes Benz. After looking at several other vehicles from different luxury manufacturers I decided to take a look at a Mercedes. As I entereded Ray Catena Mercedes Benz of Edison I was greeted by salesman Dan Cottrell. He was extremely cordial and offered assistance but we just wanted to look around. After falling in love with the ML350 and GL450. We wanted a test drive. Dan not being too far away but giving us plenty of breathing room was extremely willing to assist us. Dan was very knowledgeable and patient. After the test drive we sat with Dan to go over prices. He gave us many different options to try to fit into our budget. Dan never made us feel rushed. This was a no pressure sale and it was refreshing to deal with such a professional. After signing a deal. I left feeling very happy. Not only because I feel that we got an excellent deal but the class of service that was given to us made us feel very special. The Management of Ray Catena should be proud to have someone such as Dan Cottrell as an employee.
