I bought a used car from this dealership and had it shipped, I flew to get the car, there was not a thing in it for me to drive it legally or have it registered. There was a glaring message on the screen, 60 days past the B service. I called the salesman I'd been dealing with, he told me the service had been done, the computer hadn't been reset. This was not remotely true. I got zero help from Stefan, the salesman or Natalie the finance director. It was an over the phone sale and they were washing their hands of it. I finally had to get it registered back in California with the help of Yusuf Stewart in finance, the only bright spot at the dealership. When I finally was able to get the car to where I was going, I called the sales manager Ramzi, he told me he'd have to do some research into the service and since I had it done already without authorization there was nothing he could do. The research is, type in the VIN and look at the history, simple. This was nothing but verbal gymnastics. This is my fifth Mercedes, I have come to expect and enjoy the level of service you get with Mercedes. Not here, this is a carnival and not the good kind. There are plenty of options to buy a car, this place should never be on that list. More

I then get the following message (verbatim). Rep: "Per a conversation with the GM juts now, we charge 10% over MSRP for a custom order." My response: "You had previously told me the price was MSRP (see your comment above). Am I clear in understanding that you are now going back on that / want to charge me 10% over?" Rep: That is what the GM advised me of today yes." This is the kind of experience I would expect from a used car dealership, not Mercedes. If you also value integrity, take your business elsewhere. Sold me a GLS 450 with 2 chunks of rubber missing from the sidewall. I unfortunately didn't catch this before allowing my wife to drive off the lot with my 2 kids! They refused to replace the tire.
