The dealership is close by. My advisor Mark is ok. I just feel like sometimes I’m being heard and sometimes I’m not. This time I brought the car in, it was for the air condition My advisor Mark is ok. I just feel like sometimes I’m being heard and sometimes I’m not. This time I brought the car in, it was for the air conditioner for the second time. The first time I had to increase the air to it max, it made noise as if it was being force to come out. I was told the air conditioner was working fine then this time level 1,2,3,4 very little to no air was blowing until level 5 to the max 7you can feel air blowing. Once again the air conditioner was checked and I was told to the auto set sooo let see how this goes. Feel whether I use or not use the auto set I should have air blowing regardless, but ok we will see More

I had a great experience at Fairfield Mercedes. All staff members were very professional. I had good communication with Grant prior to my arrival. Hagen was my salesman as Grant was with another customer when I arrived. Hagen has a very welcoming disposition and made me feel comfortable throughout the buying experience. To summon it up I’ve never had as such a good experience at any dealership prior in my life. Not that I buy cars often, but this purchase was easy and with no pressure whatsoever.
