The repair and maintenance was excellent, but the hype about the advertised special service deal did not materialize. Eight emails and 4 postcard ads about the A type service (essentially an oil change) f about the advertised special service deal did not materialize. I was lured into the repair (baited), but the price got changed (switched) without my consent. More
