Service department is very efficient. I dropped my car off for its 5yr/50k service and received a free loaner for the day. My only surprise was the cost. I thought I was going in for the standard Service A that usually runs under $400 and was told that at 5 years they do more maintenance which brought the cost to $2,000! Since my car only had 13,400 miles on it, not close to 50k and was no longer under warranty, I decided to refuse the $700 they were charging to replace 4 spark plugs and used a 15% discount coupon, which brought the bill down to $1000. Does it really cost $700 to replace 4 spark plugs and how do I know I really needed them? I will shop around in the future for my next service interval! They did wash my car, though! More

The service manager, Davis, also checked on my mom and me several times to make sure we were comfortable, offering us water and snacks along the way. The level of customer service was exceptional. The wait didn’t feel long at all because they made us feel so well taken care of. I truly appreciated the attention and hospitality, and I’ll definitely be returning for my next service! More
