Chose this dealership to purchase a new car based on previous years of the servicing of another car I have. I feel the sales person was to green and had to be going back and forth when asked simple ques previous years of the servicing of another car I have. I feel the sales person was to green and had to be going back and forth when asked simple questions , I feel I should of been told or disclosed everything being it had been a loner specially the smell. When asked to test drive the vehicle she said is exactly like the other you test drove the only difference is this now had less miles. Of course I wanted the one with less miles. The sales person never discussed that it had different features that the one we actively test drove, I ended up with a vehicle that smelled and asked for a detail of the interior, it took several text and calls with sales to get a manager to contact me and have car detailed . I feel a purchase of 61k is big deal and at the end I’m not happy, More
I was very pleased with the service I received at Fairfield Mercedes Benz. I was not pleased with the lack of communication after I call a few times to inquire about the time my car would be ready fo Fairfield Mercedes Benz. I was not pleased with the lack of communication after I call a few times to inquire about the time my car would be ready for pickup. I found out the next day that it would be ready before closing. I did not use a rental car because I already have an extra car. I just needed a ride over to pick up my car. I would rather stay close to home for car service because it is less stressful than driving to the bay area. More
Customer service is absolutely terrible. No, return calls or updates on the status of my service, I had to contact the service department. The service manager was never available.They misdiagnosed my car the first time, which added additional cost to me. It took five days to complete the service to my repair my car. Which I was told my tire exploded and they had to order from Chicago. I will be seeking service for my car at other dealerships even though I live right down the street. More
