My husband and I showed up to the dealership on a Sunday right as it opened. We had a specific pre-owned car we wanted to look at so we went right to it and checked it out. Julian came out and greeted us, within minutes he had the keys and we were on a test drive shortly after. We pretty much knew we were going to buy the vehicle so Julian didn’t have to do much of anything to convince us to buy it, lol. I had already applied for financing the night before so the process was fast and painless. While extended warranty and a few other options were explained to us, we weren’t overly pressured to purchase any of them. We had a fantastic experience at Mercedes-Benz of Gainesville! We were in and out of there with our new vehicle in a little over 2 hrs. The dealership is beautiful and extremely clean, top notch! Julian as well as all the other staff were friendly and gracious!! I wish I remembered the finance guy’s name because he was awesome too!! More

The F&I director was low pressure & transparent which is highly appreciated. As soon as I stepped in the door I received a friendly greeting by someone I thought was a salesperson but turned out to be the GSM which goes to show that at this dealership, great customer service is above no one! 5 Stars! I have good enough credit this should have been done. Mis advertised car Didn't do a proper inspection Didn't include down payment Didn't defer payment Did apply warranty I told them I didn't want And that's not all. Save time and headache there are other Mercedes dealerships around. Buy at your own risk. Watch very closely if you must. More

At the closing/ finance we were encouraged to pay for an extended warranty on everything bumper to bumper. We told him we would need to think about that and we felt we should be able to rely on the Mercedes reputation for reliability . He assured us that we could cancel if we didn't want it later. Meanwhile they began to put on the clearcoat / perma plate protection. ($1300) The next morning we immediately attempted to cancel although it was impossible to get a call back for weeks.. Julio later told me that he only responds to email and doesn't answer the phone. After weeks of attempting resolution we are told that we CAN'T cancel the $2650 maintenance part of the warranty and the clearcoat would be $1300. We were NOT told that when he said we could cancel later. We also called to schedule an appointment to repair a dent they told us they would fix. We drove 1 1/2 hours each way only to find out from rude people that the person that would fix it wasn't working that day even though we had an appointment, .Buyer beware of the finance department in this dealership. If this is Mercedes 'service' I'll pass. More
