Hayden Dozier was our consultant and was very helpful with the service we needed and explained everything that would be done and kept us informed while we were there. He gave us the military discount and with the service we needed and explained everything that would be done and kept us informed while we were there. I have always been very happy with the maintenance support for my 2017 550e. This time was no exception. Tom Ballou and his techs replaced my windshield following a rock strike in VA. They re-calibrat support for my 2017 550e. This time was no exception. Tom Ballou and his techs replaced my windshield following a rock strike in VA. They re-calibrated everything and even replaced my TexTag and registration decals. When I got home, my garage door opener on the sun visor worked without re-programming! Great job!!! More
