I had a windshield replaced on my GLC300. Everyone is courteous, knowledgeable and redponsive. I made an appointment the last week of August, online there were multiple appointment slots for everyday that week. When I got to my scheduled appointment, I was told my car wouldn’t even be looked at un there were multiple appointment slots for everyday that week. When I got to my scheduled appointment, I was told my car wouldn’t even be looked at until the next Tuesday, which was a full 7 days away. I was given an option to go home and reschedule to get a loaner, I forgo this option as I was already at the dealership. Appointments should be given an option if there is literally no availability for cars to be serviced. Then when my car was eventually looked at, I got an automated message with a link of things wrong with the car. No one called me to discuss these issues which was disappointing. Still days went on and I would have to be the one to reach out to my service tech for updates, which again was disappointing. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
