Hi, thank you for your comment. It seems more aimed at protecting Mercedes-Benz’s image than the experience delivered as you did not help me reach a resolution at all. Additionally Pace, you didn’t personally reach out, and it’s unlikely you wrote the response. A Sales Manager named Alex emailed me, but after I replied two days ago, I received no follow-up. The outreach felt performative and ultimately a waste of time.
