After I explained what we were looking for, James showed us several comparable vehicles, including one that was even better equipped with the Driver Assistance Package and Executive Package. He took the time to explain the differences without ever making us feel pressured, which made it easy to find the vehicle that best fit our needs. The test drive confirmed our decision. I had already done my homework and arrived with a pre-approval from my bank, but James and Regan in the Finance Department were able to beat my rate by nearly half a percent. That was a pleasant surprise and saved us money in the long run. The experience never felt rushed or like a high-pressure sales process. Everyone we worked with was professional, transparent, and focused on helping us make the right decision. Before we drove away, Makayla, their technology specialist, patiently paired our phones, walked us through the MBUX infotainment system, and made sure we were comfortable with all of the vehicle's features. They also took the time to explain the ongoing ownership benefits that come with purchasing from the dealership, including complimentary car washes and other customer perks, which was a nice added bonus.
