I received inconsistent information regarding diagnosis of problems. Ultimately the service department reloaded software that seems to have corrected two issues. Two other issues were caused by the factory of problems. Ultimately the service department reloaded software that seems to have corrected two issues. Two other issues were caused by the factory when assembling the vehicle. Those were repaired. I’ve owned five Mercedes and from my experience the quality on certain models is not up to prior standards. The vehicle is a SUV that is assembled in America, so I shouldn’t be surprised about factory assembly issues. More
