I was in a s Do NOT purchase your car from this place!!!! And NEVER EVER get your car worked on at the body shop!!!!!!!!! Worst experience of my life. I was in a small wreck March 30th. I sent my Benz to Park Place Mercedes in Grapevine, BIG MISTAKE!! It is now almost 2 months later and my vehicle is not finished or even started to be worked on. The damages were very minimal. I got the run around from the estimator. She said that there was a dispute on parts between them and the insurance, not true. She said that they were waiting on a supplement, not true. And a bunch of other lies. All this time, I have had a rental that Park Place Mercedes said that they are 100% sure the insurance is gonna pay for because it's their fault due to waiting on parts disputed and the supplement ( the lies)Park place told me to wait to return the vehicle. Of course, the insurance company told me it was the body shops fault and they're not paying for my rental past 2 weeks, which was the estimated shop time.Long story short, now I'm stuck with a $1000 rental bill and a car that is NOT fixed. If you were too backed up to get to my car, just let me know. BUT THEY ARE ALL ABOUT THE MONEY, not the customer experience.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!! More

John Baskin was highly recommended to me, and I'm thankful for it. John took the time to truly understand just how I was planning on using my vehicle. He asked the right questions, listened to my answers, and quickly identified some options that I never considered before. He found me a great lease opportunity that I continue to brag about today. The personal touches John performed are something that will contribute to a lasting relationship. He personally took my vehicle to get it washed, made sure my tank was full of gas, and many other services he could have easily delegated to others, but chose to do so himself.
