My wife and I located the exact Mercedes we had been shopping for at Park Place Motorcars, Mercedes Benz in Grapevine, Texas. Although we live in Colorado, we were able to negotiate a sale of the autom shopping for at Park Place Motorcars, Mercedes Benz in Grapevine, Texas. Although we live in Colorado, we were able to negotiate a sale of the automobile (subject to my wife test driving same), as well as the trade-in of our Audi. We were able to negotiate the sales of the two automobiles over the phone. The whole experience took less than 1 hour. Mani Yassan was a consumate professional. He met and/or exceeded all of our expectatations. He even coordinated the shipping of the automobiles. This was easily the most pleasant experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. When we first visited the dealership, we were undecided on whether to lease or buy, new or used. I really appreciated Scott's no-pressure approach. In the end, we selected both a pre-owned C250 and an ML350. Negotiating the deals was also an uncomplicated experience, without the typical back and forth. After the details were set, we waited in the very comfortable customer lounge while the financing department prepared the paperwork. We were walked through the forms and signatures and didn't get a lot of pressure on the add-ons. The paperwork and details were exactly as discussed - no surprises. When the paperwork was complete, Scott walked us out to our just detailed vehicles. I could not be more pleased with my vehicle or the overall experience. More
