This was easily the most pleasant experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. When we first visited the dealership, we were undecided on whether to lease or buy, new or used. Scott was incredibly helpful in that he simply showed us various vehicles which met our criteria and answered all of our questions regarding the financing options. I really appreciated Scott's no-pressure approach. In the end, we selected both a pre-owned C250 and an ML350. Negotiating the deals was also an uncomplicated experience, without the typical back and forth. After the details were set, we waited in the very comfortable customer lounge while the financing department prepared the paperwork. We were walked through the forms and signatures and didn't get a lot of pressure on the add-ons. The paperwork and details were exactly as discussed - no surprises. When the paperwork was complete, Scott walked us out to our just detailed vehicles. I could not be more pleased with my vehicle or the overall experience. More
