My fiancee and I went into the dealership to begin our search for a luxury car. We had narrowed it down to a few top brands and had been talking about the purchase for over a year. Phil meet us and gladly accepted our notion of "just looking" and gathering information over the next six months. His knowledge was expansive and complete. We discussed the new models (2012), the current models, financing, and combinations of all three. At the end of the evening we went home with food for thought. The next evening (at 530pm on Saturday), my fiance and I came back to buy a ML350. Although at the end of the day (closing at 6pm) he stayed with us until way past closing to complete the deal, set up an appointment to get the car detailed the next week, and answered all of our questions. The perfect salesman, and I come from a long line of salesmen. We worked with his manager Ted and finance man Mike, plus a younger man who worked with Mike to speed up our transaction. Excellent car buying experience. I stopped in to test drive a Mercedes-Benz and purchased it immediately.
