Our car buying experience at Mercedes-Benz of Grapevine was, by far, the best we’ve ever had! Our sales rep, Basel Abbas, went above and beyond to ensure we got the car we really wanted. He was very friend was, by far, the best we’ve ever had! Our sales rep, Basel Abbas, went above and beyond to ensure we got the car we really wanted. He was very friendly, quick to respond, honest, and fair. We were buying from out-of-state, and he ensured that we had all of the information we needed. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, he made us feel welcome and special, even though we were buying a used vehicle (not a Mercedes). He took time to visit with us, show us around the dealership, and ensure we were comfortable during our wait. I would highly recommend doing business with this dealership, and Mr. Abbas.
