Payton Dotson, Sales Experience Manager at Grapevine Mercedes Benz is 1000% the man to see. I stopped by several months ago, not really serious about trading as I already had a relatively new SUV (anoth Mercedes Benz is 1000% the man to see. I stopped by several months ago, not really serious about trading as I already had a relatively new SUV (another brand). Honestly I was not 100% happy with what I was driving and interested in the GLC, just to see how it felt compared to the one I had. I was upfront with Payton that I wasn’t going to buy another vehicle. He didn’t care, he just wanted me to experience the Benz. I loved it, and got a little new car fever. I soon realized I probably needed the next size up, the GLE350. Tried it… way better fit for me. Long story short, it’s been almost 3 months since that first time I stopped by to get a feel for the GLC. I now have my new GLE350!! I love the product knowledge Payton has and how he seemed to quickly get a feel for what was important to me, and what was not. I think mostly I love Payton’s patience with me, as Lord knows I was all over the place during this time… often changing what I liked. He has always been a quick text away if I needed to ask something. I can’t say enough about him. Please ask for him if you’re in the market to buy, or you just want to get more familiar with Mercedes Benz Thanks Payton!! YOU ROCK !! More
